Catherine R. Easter, APRN

Catherine R. Easter, FNP, joined our team in 2006. In 1986, she graduated from Piedmont Community College where she received her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing degree. Catherine then completed a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction at the University of Virginia School of Nursing in 1992. She then continued her education at the University of Virginia, where she earned her Masters of Science in Adult Health and her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate.

She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Before joining our team, Catherine worked in the Emergency Departments of the University of Virginia Health System, Augusta Medical Center, and Culpeper Memorial Hospital. She has also worked at Student Health and in perioperative nursing. She has co-authored several scientific papers and is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.
